I highly recommend signing up for annual service for AC (Spring) and Furnace (Fall) by Genuine Comfort. During the annual service this year, they saved me from needing a whole new furnace by finding a small crack that was leaking condensation, which could have resulted in significant problems. I have consistently experienced the same level of service from all their team members, and I choose to continue their annual service year after year. Worth every penny and peace of mind!

Genuine Comfort Heating and Air is amazing! I have worked with them on multiple occasions and I trust them to be there with my wife, kids and employees without me being present. Techs came on time and did a marvellous job. Our furnace was toast. It is a 1972 and it had just given up. They worked tirelessly to remove the old and install the new. It was like a retrofit. Tight quarters to get in and work on it and put in new and modify the ductwork. We just love it. I would highly recommend this company and the bonus they are local was a plus. We will stay with them.
We decided to go with Genuine Comfort for our new furnace and AC because we felt, out of all of the companies we called for estimates, that they were truly concerned about helping us get what would be best for us and not just selling us the most expensive units on the market. They listened to our concerns and answered all of our questions. When it came time for the install, they were very timely and professional. They charged us exactly what they had estimated it would cost and not a penny more. We also really liked that they offered a two year warranty on the labor, every other company we contacted only offered a one year warranty on the labor. All in all, we were very impressed and would happily recommend Genuine Comfort to anyone and will be using them in the future for anything else we may need!
When I called to get my air conditioner repaired, they sent me a person to repair it the next morning. He knew exactly what he was doing and fixed it in no time at all. He also gave me advice regarding my filters, which I have no knowledge about. It was so helpful. This is a great company!!!
